City Court Civil/Criminal Search - Highly Recommended

A city civil/criminal search will reveal possible evictions and small claims court cases. The records will return the case docket, list of charges and case disposition.

Credit Report - Highly Recommended

A credit report will provide a credit history. This information can provide information pertaining to the applicant’s financial stability and responsibility.

Criminal Comprehensive

(Available for all 50 states) Our statewide criminal comprehensive report will search any state for felony and misdemeanor records. A case docket will provide the charge and the case disposition. Not all counties maintain computerized records. Call for pricing and turnaround time.

Driving Records

(Available for all 50 states) A check with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will reveal the subject’s driving history for the past 3 years. Our driving records include all violations, including case numbers and points, DUI’s, suspensions and accidents.

Past Employment Verification

Contact will be made with up to 3 past employers. We will confirm employment dates and if the applicant would be rehired. We ask references about other employment and questions regarding moral character.

Reference Verification - Highly Recommended

We will contact up to 3 references on the application. We will attempt to see if they are relatives and giving a boasted personal referenece.

Single County Civil Search - Highly Recommended

(Available for all 50 states) A single county civil search is the most accurate search available. The county index check will return records for the past 10 years providing complete and accurate information. The records will return the case docket, complaint and the case disposition.
